JH high-voltage electrostatic precipitator is a device that uses electrostatic purification method to capture dust in flue gas. It is an ideal equipment for purifying industrial waste gas. Its purification work mainly relies on two systems: the discharge electrode and the precipitation electrode. When high-voltage direct current is input between the two poles, anions and cations are generated in the electrode space and act on the surface of exhaust gas particles passing through the electrostatic field. Under the action of electric field force, they move towards the electrode with opposite polarity and deposit on the electrode, achieving the purpose of dust collection. Both polar systems have vibration devices. When the vibration hammer periodically strikes the polar devices, the dust adhering to them is shaken off and falls into the lower ash hopper, which is discharged outside the machine through the ash discharge device. The purified exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney at the outlet, completing the process of flue gas purification.
The high-voltage electrostatic module is designed as a bipolar flat louver type, with two zones: the discharge zone and the dust collection zone, which can purify the air compared to traditional electrostatic filters or honeycomb electronic air purifiers. The main principle is to use static electricity to adsorb particles and aerosols that adsorb microorganisms, and to break down and kill viruses that pass through the electric field.
JH high-voltage electrostatic precipitator has the characteristics of reasonable design, compact structure, strong dust removal, anti condensation ability, and use.
Working principle of JH high-voltage electrostatic precipitator:
After entering the equipment from the top air inlet, the dust containing gas of JH high-voltage electrostatic precipitator passes through the cyclone separator at high speed, causing the dust containing gas to rotate downward along the axis adjustment spiral. By using centrifugal force, the coarser particles of dust are removed, and the initial dust concentration entering the electric field is controlled. Then, the gas enters the electric field through the lower ash hopper for operation. Due to the cross-sectional area of the lower ash hopper being several times larger than that of the inner pipe, according to the principle of constant rotational torque, the radial and axial wind speeds sharply decrease, creating a zero velocity interface and causing heavy particulate dust in the inner pipe to settle in the lower ash hopper, reducing the concentration of dust entering the electric field. The low concentration dust containing gas is collected by electrostatic precipitator and condensed on the anode and cathode plates, and the collected dust is transported away by the air lock and dust discharge device through dust cleaning and vibration. In order to prevent secondary dust formation in the lower ash hopper after the inner tube cyclone and electric field plate vibration, isolation cones are specially installed in the lower ash hopper.
